The Golden Marianna, our replacement ferry as the MV Graemsay is broken - a bearing on the engine gone. We've had the GM for some weeks now and no sign of our proper ferry returning. It's getting tiresome but these things happen... at least I can choose NOT to go on the boat if the weather is rough.

'Tis a nice day today but I'm feeling a bit under-the-weather so not appreciating it as much as I ought to LOL Button has a fab territory to patrol! She doesn't seem to mind getting her tootsies damp on the sand ~ does she like the waves? Matty won't walk through puddles, and when we were staying in the holiday cottage at South End he wouldn't even look at the water lapping the slipway!
ReplyDeleteAs your comment was a while ago I hope you are feeling better! Button doesn't seem to mind wet feet for a short space of time. Or sand between her toes either, which has me screaming. Haha! She's a cautious cat when the tide is high, not keen on the beach at all, and doesn't like big waves or lots of noise on the beach. She will normally stay well back - sensible cat!
