Sunday's weather was the perfect epitome of "dreich", a wonderful Scottish word for the weather meaning dreary or bleak. It was actually quite warm and not windy (unlike Saturday with 40+ mph winds), but it just rained constantly all day and the clouds hung low...
Hoy hills under a duvet - and who can blame them!
Dreich here too and not getting any better if the forecast is to be believed.
ReplyDeleteThe last couple of days have been good here, and I think it last for a couple more...then Autumn really kicks in I think.... still we have had a good spell of mainly dry weather and little wind. Joy!
